This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, backend systems, fulfillment operations, and digital workflows. You'll help support day-to-day operations across: Shopify and BigCommerce Amazon and Walmart Marketplace product catalog management fulfillment operations digital systems administration operational process improvement This is a hands-on role with exposure to many parts of the business. One day may involve launching products on a marketplace or updating catalogs via CSV import/export. Another day may involve helping troubleshoot systems, coordinating with support partners, or assisting with operational projects across the organization. We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, resourceful, and eager to grow within a fast-moving entrepreneurial company. Responsibilities Support daily eCommerce operations across Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other digital platforms Manage product catalog updates and imports/exports via CSV files Assist with marketplace setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Coordinate with external agencies and software partners Assist with Amazon FBA shipment prep and marketplace operations Support backend website updates and platform maintenance Help maintain organization across digital systems and operational workflows Support onboarding and setup of employee accounts and systems Assist with operational and technical projects across multiple brands Help improve workflows, systems, and operational processes Support fulfillment and logistics operations when needed Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable learning new systems and software platforms quickly Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and follow-through Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving responsibilities Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Shopify BigCommerce Amazon Seller Central Walmart Marketplace Google Workspace HubSpot CRM systems CSV product catalog management Basic networking or IT support Asana or project management platforms Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) Professional development assistance Growth opportunities across a diverse portfolio of businesses About Mix Tape Ventures Mix Tape Ventures provides shared services and operational support across a portfolio of businesses spanning eCommerce, food & beverage, manufacturing, franchising, and B2B distribution.
