Full Job Description Part-Time Service Specialist Job Overview:
Join our team as a Part-Time Service Specialist, where you will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, document processing, and customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills in high-volume imaging and mail management, while providing exceptional service to our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume duplicating, imaging, and document handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on copier and imaging equipment to guarantee seamless operation. Manage high-volume mail processing, including sorting, distribution, postage application, and shipping/receiving of materials. Generate and maintain digital reports for printing, imaging, and mail system activities. Assist with file management, document scans, and digital file transfers using appropriate software and protocols. Prepare and deliver finished projects to designated locations, both within and outside the facility. Keep the copier and print areas organized, stocked, and maintained for efficiency. Support meeting and conference room setups, light maintenance, and building support duties as needed. Handle various clerical tasks including data entry, record keeping, billing, and inventory management. Respond promptly to customer requests and coordinate service calls for equipment maintenance or troubleshooting. Occasionally perform additional duties such as light cleaning, re-lamping, or assisting with occupant moves within the building. Adhere to safety and operational standards, including occasional overtime and emergency response outside of regular hours. Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience with high-volume copying, imaging, or mailing systems is preferred. Basic proficiency with MS Office, email, and document management software. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to answer queries professionally. Ability to perform light maintenance and support building operations.
