Augusta Center Full-Time Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for making a difference? We're seeking a Donor Services Scheduling Coordinator to help ensure our life-saving blood collection operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our mission and community.
What You'll Do:
As the Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the organizational heartbeat of our donor services team.
You'll:
Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules for both fixed sites and mobile blood drives. Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate staff availability and operational needs. Communicate updates clearly and professionally to team members. Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure optimal staffing and compliance. Support onboarding, training, and quality assurance efforts within the Donor Services department. Occasionally assist with donor registration and screening.
What We're Looking For:
Education :
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience :
3-5 years of progressive management experience. Blood center and phlebotomy experience are a plus!
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure. Proficiency in typing (35+ WPM) and scheduling software. Ability to train and support staff while maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Other Requirements :
Valid driver's license and insurability under company policy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments, including mobile units. Why Join Us?
