Job Description
Job Overview Large commercial landscape company, specializing in landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation and site concrete, is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Operations Assistant to support our landscaping crews and daily field operations. This role is essential to keeping projects running smoothly by assisting with material pickups, equipment transportation, job site organization, and general support tasks. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver landscaping materials, tools, and supplies Transport equipment between job sites Assist crews with loading and unloading materials Maintain organization of equipment, trailers, and job sites Support daily operations and help crews stay productive Perform general labor and miscellaneous field tasks as needed Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and ready for use Assist with inventory and supply management Competencies & Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to operate and haul trailers and basic equipment Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required
