Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations for a swimming pool design, construction, and service company. Coordinate hiring and recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Process payroll and assist with employee benefits administration, including 401(k) plans, etc. Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks and Skimmer. Handle customer communications, scheduling, invoicing, and service coordination. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance paperwork. Coordinate project documentation, permits, and administrative support for pool construction projects. Coordinate the ordering & delivering of project materials. Generate reports, track company metrics, and support executive management with administrative tasks.
