This position plays a key role in the daily operations of our home healthcare agency by ensuring caregivers are efficiently scheduled and clients receive exceptional care. Responsibilities Oversee the scheduling process to ensure caregivers are matched with clients based on their skills and client needs Collaborate with the client and their families to schedule replacement caregivers as needed Work closely with the Director of Case Management to ensure continuity of care during emergencies and manage caregiver assignments Play a crucial role in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery Maintain open communication with clients and their families to address any scheduling concerns or changes Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure care plans are aligned with client requirements Assist in resolving complaints, incidents, and problems as needed, providing guidance to caregivers when necessary Oversee the maintenance of accurate logs for new, resumed, discharged, and denied cases, ensuring compliance within the department Run various daily and weekly reports to check for any discrepancies or errors, and ensure the necessary corrections are made Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures Requirements Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Proven experience in scheduling and managing complex calendars with multiple variables. Administrative expertise with the ability to handle competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation Starting Salary:
$42,000 annually
