- Coordinate and expedite the flow of food orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting area ```Experience```
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and customers
- Experience working as a cook or in a similar role is a plus
