Job Description

The Robert Half HR Solutions team is partnered with a growing organization to identify a highly responsive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support a multi-state workforce. This role blends 'front-of-house' employee support with 'back-of-house' HR operations, serving as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across HR processes and systems.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the front lines with employees, and can seamlessly balance high-touch support with operational execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary HR point of contact for employees across a multi-state, field-based workforce, handling day-to-day inquiries with professionalism and urgencySupport employee requests including system access/password resets, payroll questions, and benefits inquiries/changesDeliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responsesManage and track employee inquiries through a centralized ticketing or employee relations system, ensuring resolution and follow-upPartner closely with HR leadership and operations teams to support workforce needs and business prioritiesMaintain, audit, and validate HR data across systems, ensuring accuracy for reporting, compliance, and analyticsSupport HR operations initiatives, including process improvements, system updates, and workflow enhancementsAssist in supporting a large, field-based employee population within a collaborative, fast-paced environmentQualifications4+ years of experience in HR operations, HR support, or HR generalist rolesProven experience supporting employees directly with HR-related questions and issue resolutionStrong communication skills with a high level of responsiveness and professionalismExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail with experience in data integrity, reporting, and auditingComfortable navigating multiple HR systems and tools
