DENTAL SCHEDULER

Johns Creek, GA About Us:
Hello Family Dental has proudly served our community for 20 years. We are seeking a skilled dental Schedulers to guide patients through their dental care, ensure treatment plans are understood, and coordinate closely with our team.
Responsibilities:
Answers telephone, routes calls, provides information, and takes messages in accordance with practice procedures. Schedules and adjusts patient appointments to maximize the patient care. Establishes, maintains and keeps patient files and records up to date (i.e. address, phone number, insurance information, etc.) Follow up on past recare patients Make referral appointments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Dental office experience a PLUS Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and professional Team-oriented and dependable Must live within ~1 hour of Suwanee /
Johns Creek, GA Pay:
$18-$25/hour based on verified dental office experience
