We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player to join our fast-growing company. Please note : This role is best suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working with a variety of tools. You'll be using different AI tools and software regularly, so this is more about adaptability and problem-solving than repetitive, muscle-memory tasks. Responsibilities Manage marketplace platforms, customer portals, and company websites. Source products and conduct market research on global marketplaces. Monitor competitors, products, and market trends daily. Analyze sales and operational data; prepare reports using MS Office. Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion. Support merchandising, assortment planning, and promotions Develop marketing content and assist with social media efforts Handle order fulfillment (Small Parcel, LTL, FTL) and track logistics Provide customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms Manage inventory levels and perform routine inventory tasks Support new account onboarding and cross-functional projects Requirements and skills Experience managing an E-Commerce platform Proficiency in MS Office (Heavy Excel use) Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred skills Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (This position deals directly with vendors and factories in China and Malaysia) Marketing experience Supply chain experience
