Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented receptionist/administrative assistant for our Council Bluffs location. We take pride in our positive attitudes, teamwork, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scheduling, patient check-in, patient check-out, answering phones, organizing and maintaining referral patients, insurance processing, assisting with administrative tasks, and enjoying coming to work! Dental office experience and is a plus! The position will be roughly 35-40 hours per week: Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am -2:00pm. Hourly wage based on experience.
