About the Role As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of large-scale datacenter construction projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time. Job Title Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans Work with clients to understand their needs Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Continuously improve project management processes Manage multiple projects simultaneously Provide regular project updates to senior management Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting 8+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time Excellent understanding of Project Planning and Earned Value Management Desired Qualifications Proficient in Primavera / P6 Knowledge of business and management principles Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling Ability to present data from detailed to high-level Experience with Data Center construction programs Location Des Moines, 50309 Want to change the world?
