We support delivery drivers and operations teams across multiple locations while maintaining high standards for safety, communication, accountability, and customer experience. Position Overview The Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in daily delivery operations. This position helps coordinate drivers, monitor routes, solve real-time operational issues, and ensure smooth communication throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, people-oriented, and able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. This is not a sit-back office job — every day is dynamic and requires strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills. Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Support Monitor daily delivery routes and driver progress Support drivers throughout the day with operational issues and escalations Coordinate route adjustments, rescues, and schedule changes when needed Communicate with leadership regarding operational updates and concerns Driver Support & Communication Maintain professional and respectful communication with drivers Help resolve driver questions and concerns quickly and effectively Support a positive team environment while maintaining accountability Problem Solving Respond quickly to operational challenges in real time Help identify solutions to route delays, attendance issues, and service disruptions Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-moving environment Administrative & Operational Tasks Track attendance and operational updates Assist with reporting and documentation Support scheduling and staffing coordination Ensure operational processes are followed consistently Customer Experience & Service Focus Support operational decisions that help maintain strong customer service performance Understand the importance of delivery quality, professionalism, and reliability Qualifications Required Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, customer service, operations, or a related fast-paced industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with technology and operational systems Reliable and dependable work ethic Lift up to 50lbs Background Check and Drug Test Preferred Amazon DSP experience Dispatching or route coordination experience Experience managing or supporting teams Transportation or warehouse operations background Ideal Candidate Traits We are looking for someone who: Works well under pressure Thinks quickly and stays solution-oriented Has strong people skills and professionalism Can handle difficult situations calmly Is proactive and dependable Enjoys teamwork and communication Wants to grow within a fast-growing company Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Growth and advancement opportunities Paid time off Health benefits Schedule Expectations This position may require: Early mornings Late nights One Weekend Day is Required.
