Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Support Lead to join their team. As a Manufacturing Support Lead, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting various functions within the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

$20 hourly What's the Job? Perform routine inventory cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure smooth production flow. Unload and verify raw materials, inspect packing slips, document discrepancies, and conduct receiving inspections using metrology tools as needed. Prepare, package, label, and ship finished goods accurately, coordinating with carriers to meet customer delivery requirements. Maintain organized staging areas, ensure materials are kitted, and deliver materials to production on time to support manufacturing processes. Uphold a safe, clean, and compliant workspace by enforcing safety policies and standard operating procedures. What's Needed? Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments with a proven track record of success. Understanding of safety practices and compliance requirements within industrial settings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure operational efficiency.
