Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointment schedules for our Dental office, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal use of resources. This position requires strong communication skills, ability to learn quickly, multitask, and enjoy working with patients. Experience preferred, but will train the right person. Duties Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling for patients within the Dental office. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts. Assist with front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries. Ensure all patient records are up-to-date and comply with health information management standards. Support the dental clinic operations by coordinating schedules for dental procedures and follow-up appointments. Monitor and optimize scheduling systems to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in medical/dental office management or a similar role is preferred, but not necessary. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Knowledge of health information management practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
