Responsibilities:
The Production Scheduler plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction by converting demand forecasts into actionable production plans. This position is responsible for balancing production capacity, material availability, and shifting priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, flexibility, and operational performance. Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand and operational capacity. Collaborate with production, inventory control, purchasing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment. Monitor schedule performance and address constraints or disruptions proactively. Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, timelines, and priorities. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts. Communicate schedule updates, risks, and recovery plans effectively across teams. Identify and resolve inventory or system discrepancies. Analyze key performance metrics to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.

First Shift Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production scheduling or planning. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
