Job Description

PART-TIME FRONT DESK & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Lobo Jiu Jitsu is looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly individual to help support the daily operations of our growing martial arts academy.
Responsibilities:
Greet students and parents. Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails. Schedule Intro Classes and follow up with prospective students. Assist with new student enrollments and retail sales. Organize uniforms, inventory, and academy supplies. Take photos and videos for social media. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional academy environment.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working with children and families. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 15-20 hours per week
Compensation:
$16-$18 per hour $30 commission for each new student enrollment Additional commission on academy retail sales and uniforms

Lobo Jiu Jitsu is a family-oriented martial arts academy serving children, teens, and adults in Aurora, Illinois. We are committed to helping our students build confidence, discipline, self-defense skills, and a healthy lifestyle in a positive and supportive environment.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
