Associate, Operations

Momento is currently accepting applications for an Associate, Operations position that will be based in Chicago, IL. This position is intended to expose a motivated individual to take a hands-on role with an upstart sports technology company. Momento is a sports fan experience service that provides the rollercoaster ride photo for every fan at every moment from every game. The keepsake for fans is truly one-of-a-kind. Momento also help teams and brand connect on a deeper level with their audience through unique analytics and insights. Job Description

• Assist in running proprietary technology that runs the companies backend product
• Prepare cameras for indexing seating charts at our various stadiums
• Collaborate with team members to proof work, ensuring a high-standard of accuracy
• Working closely with Client Services to ensure all custom settings are in line with client expectations and preferences
• Preparing documentation that supports our Data Analytics team
• Build custom models using machine-learning tools to identify various crowd attributes
• Assist with testing models to improve overall performance Job Requirements
• 1-2 years experience in operations, computer science and/or data analytics
• Desire to pursue a career in sports or technology
• Computer competency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and Google suite
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with professional staff
• Reliable transportation to get to the Momento offices on a regular basis Compensation & Expectations
• Consistent 10-15 hours a week, expanding to 30+ hours a week during peak times
• $20/hour
