Job Description

Job Summary:
This position serves as the lead coordinator between the Customer Service staff and the Production and Supply Chain staff, in addition to external co-packers, in order to manage the internal and external production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop internal Watershed Foods production schedule. Develop and manage co-packer production schedules. Sets logistic expectations for product transfers, shipments, etc. that the Logistics Coordinator executes. Collects forecast and order data from inputs by Customer Service Account Managers to aggregate and provide future view of customer demand vs. production capacity. Reviews and maintains external warehouse inventories to agreed-upon targets. Generates POs to refresh external warehouse inventories. (for common SKUs sold to multiple customers) Provides joint oversight of MRP system (with Supply Chain and Finance) by collaborating and building modules for customer team and ensuring master data is updated and maintained.
Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience on all phases outlined below. Scheduling co-packer production. Innatrack/ERP system. Attentive to detail. Skilled in verbal and written communication. Adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships. Naturally skilled at handling a fast-paced environment and changes with little notice.
