Night Shift - 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (40 hours/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Production Coordinator to support sterile processing operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in managing loaner and consignment trays, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage loaner and consignment instrument trays to ensure timely availability for procedures Collaborate with vendors, surgical teams, and internal departments to track and organize instrument flow Maintain accurate documentation and tracking using instrument management systems Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with sterilization and processing standards Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement process improvements Generate reports and provide updates to leadership as needed Ensure adherence to infection control and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on Sterile Processing Department (SPD) experience Strong experience with loaner and consignment tray management Proven ability to coordinate across departments and with external vendors Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with instrument tracking software and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Sterile Processing (CRCST or equivalent) Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting For more details reach at
