This role focuses on inventory organization, job preparation, and operational support to help technicians complete their work efficiently. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain inventory of equipment and materials Prepare and stage parts for upcoming jobs Receive and verify incoming shipments Track inventory levels and update records Ensure materials are clearly labeled and easy to locate Coordinate with operations and field teams on parts needs Process returns and track equipment movement Maintain a clean and structured work environment What Success Looks Like Materials are always ready and organized for scheduled jobs Inventory is accurate and easy to manage The workspace is clean, structured, and efficient The field team is supported without delays due to missing parts Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable using basic computer systems Reliable and consistent work habits Preferred Experience Experience in inventory, logistics, operations, or administrative coordination Experience supporting a team or managing materials/equipment Behavioral Traits We Value Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and consistent Team-oriented and supportive Proactive and solution-focused Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to stay active throughout the day (standing, organizing, moving materials) This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, managing details, and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
