Job Summary The Service Coordinator manages scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients. This role acts as the primary point of contact between clients, service teams, and management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service appointments or activities for clients. Communicate with clients to confirm service dates, answer questions, and resolve concerns. Respond to emergency calls during and after hours if needed. Serve as a liaison between service teams, clients, and management. Track service requests, progress, and completion, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and reports. Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, or service documentation as needed. Monitor and follow up on pending or unresolved service issues. Support process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to team members on service procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or service coordination. Comfortable responding to emergency calls outside of normal working hours Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, or office applications. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
