Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging prospects through outbound calls and scheduling appointments that drive business growth. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse audiences will help us build lasting relationships and expand our client base. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette Engage with leads in multiple languages, including bilingual options, to maximize outreach efforts Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and explaining our services clearly Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM or scheduling system Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and provide additional support Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including call notes and client information Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in call center roles, sales, or customer support is preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to build rapport quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence Familiarity with customer service principles, client services, and analysis skills for understanding client needs Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and using call center technology is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about connecting with people, eager to grow your sales expertise, and ready to make a positive impact through exceptional appointment setting!
