Operations Specialist I

Waukegan, IL (Training) → Mundelein, IL | 12-Month Contract | Up to $25-$27/hr

Hours:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Handle field dispatching , customer scheduling , compliance work, service requests, and demo coordination Receive and coordinate customer + field employee calls Schedule field tasks, create permit requests, and support daily operations Update/manage customer and operational data across multiple systems Fast-paced office operations role supporting internal and external teams Must have field dispatching + customer scheduling experience Manager does NOT want Admin Assistants or Payroll Assistants Strong Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills required Prior scheduling/operations support experience preferred Training onsite in Waukegan full-time for 3-6 months before transitioning to Mundelein location

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
