Full Time | Days | Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm How you'll make an impact in this role:
Patient Welcome & Flow:
Warmly greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and accurately schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth daily flow.
Financial & Insurance Management:
Obtain and verify insurance authorizations, accurately collect co-payments, and reconcile daily financial reports and deposits.
Data & Documentation:
Meticulously verify and enter patient demographic information, secure necessary documentation, and manage all patient record release requests.
Administrative Support:
Provide essential clerical and office support, including managing charges for services, to maintain the clinic's high standard of efficiency. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
