Scheduler Registrar - Precertification Specialist

What you need to know about this position: This position works within an outpatient Medical and Radiation Oncology assessment, diagnosis and treatment center for cancer and diseases of the blood Works within the hospital to provide detection, treatment and care services in a community cancer center all under one roof Scheduler Registrar - Precertification Specialists have a base hourly rate of $17.61. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. Hours are not guaranteed as this is a Day PRN position (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) is not benefit eligible but offers a premium for hours worked and dependent on the needs of the department and our patients. What is required for this position: High School Diploma or Equivalent is required Associates Degree in Business is preferred Previous experience with the precertification process for cancer detection and treatment procedures Flexibility in performing other duties such as reception desk, giving directions, escorting patients and visitors to other areas of the hospital
