Join Our Team as a Talent Operations Coordinator! Are you energized by organization, communication, and creating great learning experiences? As a Talent Operations Coordinator , you'll play a vital role in supporting onboarding and talent development initiatives by keeping programs running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling details, supporting learners, and partnering across teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality employee experience.Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person training sessions, including scheduling, materials, room setup, and facilitator support Manage training enrollment, attendance, completion tracking, evaluations, and required reporting Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learning paths, user groups, and troubleshooting Maintain accurate, organized training and learner data across systems Partner with Compliance to coordinate required training and track completions Coordinate orientation schedules and execute end‑to‑end logistics, including communications, materials, room setup, and lunches Draft and distribute clear, timely learner‑facing communications Provide administrative and project support to the People & Culture / Talent Development teamQualifications:
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED One to three years of similar or related experience Previous LMS administration experience preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindsetEmployee Perks:
