And we do it with a team that genuinely has your back. What You'll Do As our Operations Specialist , you'll be the backbone of our investment service operations. You'll handle the critical investment, billing, and auditing transactions that help our clients achieve their dreams. In addition, you'll support our advisory team with the operational excellence they need to succeed.
Your day-to-day will include:
Processing client money movements, transfers, and account transactions with precision Managing daily trading operations and billing procedures Maintaining client accounts in our portfolio management system Supporting new account setups and ensuring seamless client onboarding Collaborating with advisors and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences Handling compliance tasks and audits You'll love this role if you: Enjoy being the person others can count on to get things done right Take pride in attention to detail and accuracy Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts client success Want to grow your career in financial services with a company that invests in you
What You Bring Must-haves:

This is an on-site position at our Indianapolis headquarters. You'll need to live in the Indianapolis metropolitan area to be considered.
