Scheduling Coordinator

BrightStar Care of Valparaiso is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our home health care agency to help deliver A Higher Standard of Care. Hours would be Monday through Friday, 830am to 430pm at our office in Valparaiso, IN. The Scheduler's main responsibilities would be: Create the monthly schedule for the aides in the field General office and clerical duties including answering phones, taking messages, scanning, and filing Tracking and following up with staff and client survey results Handling the daily schedule changes, calls offs Occasional after hours/weekend on call rotation Must be over 18 and high school diploma / GED or higher.
