Interested in Building Experience and Earning Potential? We are currently hiring Entry-Level Canvassing Representatives to help expand our presence throughout the Fort Wayne market. In this role, you will speak directly with homeowners, introduce our services, and help create opportunities for our senior sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in consistent effort. No industry experience is needed because we provide training and support from experienced leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

Introduce homeowners to Home Pro Windows Siding & Doors services. Generate qualified leads for the sales team through neighborhood outreach. Travel to territories within approximately 2 hours of Fort Wayne. Work with teammates to maintain activity and performance goals. Develop communication skills and confidence through daily interaction.
