Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail oriented Scheduler to join our fast paced orthopedic clinic. The Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting our patients and providers by coordinating appointments and ensuring a smooth scheduling process. Responsibilities include:

• Handling a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments for over 20 providers
• Processing referrals and verifying key information with accuracy
• Assisting patients with general questions regarding appointments
• Communicating effectively with clinical and administrative teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation in our scheduling system.
