In Person Job Description Nerd Nation is looking for a reliable, organized, and self motivated Inventory Operations Coordinator to help manage the back end flow of our business. This role is responsible for keeping inventory, shipments, supplies, warehouse space, and storage areas organized and efficient. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of operational organization, identify problems, and help build systems that make the business run smoother. This is not just a "stay busy" position. The right person should be able to look at a space or process, figure out what is not working, and help create a better system. Responsibilities Receive, sort, and route incoming shipments and packages Organize and maintain warehouse areas Organize and maintain offsite storage units Help manage inventory flow between locations, storage, and work areas Keep supplies, materials, and operational items organized Help identify when supplies or materials need to be reordered Create clear systems so items are easy to find, track, and maintain Improve organization processes instead of simply moving items around Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient Assist with basic machine maintenance and upkeep Identify operational problems and help resolve them Communicate clearly with management and team members What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail High level of organization Ability to work independently without constant direction Problem solving mindset Reliable transportation Ability to prioritize important tasks Comfortable taking ownership of assigned areas Good communication skills Ability to stay productive throughout the shift Willingness to improve systems, not just complete tasks Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods Able to load and unload shipments Comfortable working in warehouse and storage environments Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who likes structure, organization, and problem solving. You do not need to have everything explained step by step. You can look at a messy or inefficient area, understand what needs to happen, and help create a system that makes sense. Warehouse, inventory, or operations experience is preferred, but not required. Work ethic, organization, communication, and ownership matter more. This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in making things cleaner, clearer, and easier for the whole team.
