Job Description:
75% Document Management & Data Processing Receive and Process Transcripts ▪ Download transcripts electronically and post to Admissions & Recruitment Systems. ▪ Receive transcripts by mail and post to Admissions & Recruitment Systems. ▪ Scan and verify transcripts through imaging system ▪ Notify Admission Counselors of transcripts received ▪ Determine if transcripts are complete and official ▪ Notify students if there are issues with transcripts received Manage Test Scores Manually enter test scores received as official Upload test scores received electronically Notify appropriate staff of received scores Communicate with testing companies directly if there are issues with data files Troubleshoot issues before informing the Director of Admissions and Recruiting of problems Data Oversee & maintain document imaging systems for the Office of Admissions & Recruitment Coordinate document transfer needed through the
LSUE/LSUA
Referral Partnership 25% Main Admissions & Recruitment Front Desk & Office Operation Support Provide assistance with incoming questions concerning but not limited to:
  • Admission Requirements
  • Status of Applications
  • Academic Programs
  • Admission Policies
  • Documentation Required for Admission Transfer phone calls to appropriate individuals when needed Check associated office email inboxes, answering questions and forwarding questions, as needed.
