Minimum 20 hours per week About Us Oversize DTG is a growing custom apparel company specializing in direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, and fulfillment services. We work with businesses, organizations, schools, brands, and individuals across the United States to produce high-quality custom apparel. We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Operations Assistant to support customer service, order management, and administrative operations. Position Overview The Operations Assistant is responsible for helping customers, managing orders, and ensuring projects move smoothly from order placement through production and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and problem-solving. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers while assisting with the administrative tasks that keep the business running efficiently. Responsibilities Respond to customer emails, phone calls, text messages, and inquiries Manage customer orders and provide status updates Review order information and artwork submissions for accuracy Enter and maintain order data within company systems Coordinate with production staff to ensure deadlines are met Assist with customer issue resolution and order changes Prepare invoices, estimates, and order documentation Perform data entry and administrative tasks Maintain organized records and customer files Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed Assist with general office and operational support Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional and positive attitude Strong problem-solving skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning new software Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Administrative or office support experience Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, Google Workspace, or similar software Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment environments Schedule Minimum 20 hours per week Additional hours available based on performance and business needs Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Training provided We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, dependable, and excited to grow with a fast-paced small business.

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
