Microsoft Teams Full Job Description Precast Operations Coordinator Direct Supervisor:
Caroline Little, Precast Operations Manager The Precast Operations Coordinator will answer directly to the Precast Operations Manager and assist with duties listed below pertaining to precast operations as their primary duty. Any other duties/responsibilities not listed below should be discussed with their supervisor in advance.
Primary Duties:
1.) Create assembly build records for new precast items by gathering bill of materials information from the Precast Operations Manager or Engineering team as new products are introduced. 2.) Record daily production of precast items using production reports from wet cast and pipe/box operations as items are completed. 3.) Maintain product demand and inventory reports using job logs and internal inventory tracking data. 4.) Maintain inventory for ancillary items, as reported by operations, to ensure necessary material is on hand. 5.) Develop production schedules for Precast Operations based on the schedule directives provided by the Precast Operations Manager.
Skills Required:
1.) Experience with inventory management and material tracking. 2.) Strong organizational and time management abilities. 3.) Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4.) Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and documentation. 5.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel and Outlook. 6.) Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
Expected Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (negotiable if needed) 1 hour lunch break
