We're a growing team that takes pride in doing quality work and treating our people right. We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly and our field crews supported. What You'll Do Manage daily work orders and track jobs from start to finish Keep the team organized and accountable using our current systems File and track permits Coordinate daily with field crews and operations on scheduling, job status, and invoicing Communicate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors as needed Help identify and fix bottlenecks before they slow jobs down What We're Looking For Highly organized — you keep track of details without being reminded Strong communicator, both written and verbal Persistent — you follow up until things get done Tech savvy — comfortable learning new software and working across multiple systems Independent — you take ownership and don't need to be micromanaged Construction or trades experience is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and a clean driving record What We Offer $18+/hour starting pay, based on experience Full-time, in-office position with a flexible start time PTO, holidays.
