This role is responsible for employee scheduling, shift coverage, onboarding support, employee relations, benefits communication, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee schedules and staffing coverage Fill open shifts and communicate schedule changes Review time punches and resolve attendance issues Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain employee records and HR documentation Answer employee questions regarding policies and benefits Support employee relations and workplace concerns Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations
Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience Healthcare scheduling experience preferred HR experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
