Showroom Sales Expeditor

Reports To:

Showroom Manager

Pay Range:

$22.00 to $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain wholesale and retail orders.
• Greet customers, answer phones and assist customers as needed.
• Work closely with Inside and Outsides sales staff to meet client needs
• Create necessary transfers between various FW Webb locations.
• Assist showroom staff with specs and information as needed
• Source specialty material through the use of purchase orders, complete follow through on all purchase orders.
• Asist and manage the RGA process.
• Effectively handle customer service issues.
• Schedule and manage customer deliveries.
• Produce bids for customer approval.
• Manage credits and invoicing to FW Webb standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service focus, demonstrating an ability to create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer contact.
• Working knowledge of voicemail, e-mail, Excel, Word, internet and web browsers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
