This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring our inventory is road-ready and compliant.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and detailing Track vehicle status and maintain accurate records Coordinate transportation of vehicles between service centers, auctions, and dealership locations Follow up with vendors, repair facilities, and internal departments Ensure vehicles are properly registered, inspected, and ready for sale or delivery Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
