Household Operations Supervisor / Care Coordinator

Private family in Chatham seeking a Household Operations Supervisor to coordinate caregiving and household operations for an elderly parent and an adult family member with special needs. This role is similar to a working supervisor in a small residential care setting, responsible for ensuring shifts are covered, staff are supported, and the household runs smoothly. Responsibilities Manage caregiver schedules and shift coverage Coordinate daily household operations and supplies Supervise and support caregiving staff Track appointments, medications, and care routines Communicate regularly with family regarding care needs Ideal Background Experience in one or more of the following: Residential program manager or group home supervisor Home care agency supervisor Elder care or disability services Household manager in a private residence Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage staffing and daily operations are essential.

Chatham, MA Schedule:

Approximately 20-30 hours per week (some flexibility), but the role is responsible for ensuring caregiver shifts are covered and may be scheduled for a handful of hours each week and/or need to step in or adjust hours when staffing issues arise.
