Scheduler Pay:
$50,000 - $55,000 per year Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a dependable Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler to manage employee schedules, staffing coverage, attendance tracking, and daily administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee schedules in the facility scheduling system Ensure full-time and part-time staff follow assigned schedules Coordinate coverage for open shifts and call-offs Communicate schedule changes and staffing needs with employees Track attendance, tardiness, and call-offs Answer phones and assist callers professionally Process incoming mail and emails Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous healthcare scheduling experience preferred Long-term care experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
