    Work-Life Balance:

          Gain industry knowledge and develop new skills to add to your professional experience Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Operations Department. Primary Responsibilities
          • Equipment Tracking
          • Daily tracking of equipment in inventory software to prevent asset loss and maintain billing accuracy
          • Assist in project-specific equipment transactions and preparing paperwork for field staff
          • Operational Coordination
          • Act as a liaison between project managers, field staff and administrative staff
          • Coordinate project paperwork with supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for field and shop staff
          • Verify field staff's paperwork accuracy to support inventory tracking and client billing Vehicle Maintenance & Tracking
          • Schedule fleet maintenance with LRT approved mechanics
          • Maintain fleet maintenance spreadsheet
          • Update fleet driving and fueling records on Motive website; provide quarterly and annual reports for tax purposes Office Expectations
          • Handle professional correspondence (phone, email and in person)
          • Data entry, printing, filing, and general operations administrative support
          • Run shop errands and perform jobsite deliveries as needed
          • Schedule hotel rooms for field staff during out-of-state work
          • Exhibit excellent time management skills
          • Willingness and ability to learn Qualifications & Requirements
          • Software Experience
          • 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Microsoft Excel experience preferred
          • Experience with equipment tracking and management software is a strong plus Education High school diploma or GED Compliance & Physical Requirements
          • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening in accordance with the Massachusetts Fair Chance Act
          • Ability to manage office materials and small equipment, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
