Job Description

Position Description:
Working a merch bar at Levitate Music Festival is quite possibly the best way to spend a day on the clock. Everyone at the venue is excited to be there, and it's your job to stoke that fire while representing the levitate brand to anyone who's looking for some fresh gear. We're looking for some psyched up individuals to spread the stoke at this year's festival. Compensation includes $180 + tips per shift and admission to the event (breaks are provided so you can catch some sets).
Festival Operations:
Carefully but efficiently process transactions to ensure accurate inventory in AtVenu. Handle cash accurately and securely, and perform cash reconciliation at the end of your shift. Make sure your product backstock bins are organized and efficient. Ensure that other employees are set up for success by keeping your space organized and clean. Proactively converse and communicate with all customers, employees, and guests. Have and share basic knowledge of the Festival operations (stages, water booths, beers booths, vendors, food trucks, etc) Have and share basic Knowledge of LMF and Levitate's history/information.
