Job Description

The Private Care Team Scheduler oversees scheduling, supports caregiver performance and training, assists with new client onboarding, and monitors service quality and compliance. Acting as both a leader and mentor, the Scheduler fosters a positive team culture, ensures reliable staffing coverage, and supports the agency's mission to provide compassionate, dependable, and individualized care in the home setting.
MAJOR TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts all business calls and interactions with proficiency, accuracy, and in a professional manner. Communicates with the company about problems and concerns Complies with State/Federal regulatory acts and agency policies Respects and maintains client confidentiality Reports concerns of client abuse or neglect Ensures service and operational excellence of all assigned activities Obtains initial intake/request for service from potential client/family, Campus/Community referral source, etc Supports Care Team Coordinator in establishing services required and assign staff Monitors and participates in the management of Overtime for all caregivers/clients Maintains client and caregiver profiles in Wellsky Ensures receipt of appropriate paperwork including time slips and all supporting documents from field staff Assists with processing of client billing and preparation of month end closeout Participates in interviewing potential staff members as indicated Participates in staff orientation, training and ongoing evaluation Communicates clearly with internal and external customers Schedules and maintains ongoing communication with On Call Coordinators for clinical hand off and thorough follow up of on call reports Communication to Managers for Optimizing caregiver scheduling and ensures the oversight of scheduling for proper coverage Manage Dashboard DAILY Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
