Clancy Brothers Pest Control - Quincy, MA. Full-Time | On-Site | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday | Occasional Saturday availability. Clancy Brothers Pest Control, a family-owned and fast-growing company, is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Scheduler to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized.

Responsibilities:
Answer and handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls. Schedule and route daily service appointments for technicians. Build and maintain customer relationships. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and conflict resolution. Provide administrative support to the office team. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
1-2+ years of in-office customer service experience. Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills. Experience with routing/mapping (preferred). Solid phone communication skills. CRM experience (any system). Comfortable with computers and technology. Ability to handle high call volume. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Willingness to learn and adapt to constant change.
