We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Development Operations Coordinator to support the operational and administrative functions that power our fundraising and communications efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving systems, managing donor information, and helping a mission-driven organization maximize its impact. As a member of the Development & Communications Team, you will play a key role in maintaining donor data integrity, supporting stewardship efforts, producing meaningful reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of development systems and processes. This is an in person, part time, 24 hour per week role. What You'll Do Development Operations & Database Management Manage and maintain the Salesforce database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity Process and track gifts and donations Ensure timely donor acknowledgments and stewardship activities Maintain fundraising dashboards and reporting tools Support implementation and ongoing management of the annual Development & Communications workplan Reporting & Analysis Produce regular and ad hoc fundraising reports, analyses, and data summaries Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in collaboration with the Finance Team Monitor fundraising data and identify trends to support strategic decision-making Maintain reporting systems that provide actionable insights to leadership Process Improvement & Administrative Support Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational systems Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating practices related to development operations Support department administrative functions, including expense tracking and coordination support for the Director of Development & Communications Assist with additional development and communications projects as needed What We're Looking For Required Qualifications One to three years of experience in development operations, fundraising administration, nonprofit administration, or a related field Experience using Salesforce or a comparable donor database/CRM system Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively across teams Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging Passion for the mission of Plummer Youth Promise Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a nonprofit development or fundraising environment Experience creating reports, dashboards, and fundraising analytics Familiarity with donor stewardship and gift processing best practices Why Join Plummer Youth Promise?
