Super Brush LLC is seeking dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Production Associate focused on quality inspection and packaging. No quality control experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. For over 65 years, Super Brush has manufactured precision foam swabs and applicators used in medical, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. What You'll Do Inspect products for quality and appearance Package and label finished products Verify product counts and lot numbers Identify and report quality concerns Complete simple production paperwork Maintain an organized and clean work area Follow company safety and quality procedures Support production operations as needed What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and counting skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Why Work at Super Brush?
