Job Description:

Management Fees Specialist - Hybrid / Waltham, MA Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Management Fees Specialist to support data accuracy, fee processing, and advisor-facing operational workflows. This role focuses on reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records, following established procedures, and performing consistent follow-up with internal teams and external partners during a period of system and process transition. Responsibilities Review, process, and track fee-related requests and supporting documentation in accordance with established procedures Perform account setup and maintenance activities within internal systems Ensure accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and related transactions Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with clear, professional communication Document interactions and maintain detailed records to support auditability and data integrity Follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution and data accuracy Meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level expectations while managing multiple workflows Support operational reporting and assist with special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Internship or 1+ year of experience in a data-driven, operations, finance, or client-facing role Experience working with internal teams, vendors, or clients a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
