Job Description
Heads Up Irrigation is looking for a dependable and organized Service Scheduling Coordinator to help manage the daily scheduling and coordination of our irrigation service department. This position is a key part of keeping our technicians and customers running smoothly during our busy season. Schedule Monday-Friday 8AM - 430PM Some Saturdays may be required during peak season Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate daily irrigation service calls Dispatch and communicate with service technicians throughout the day Answer customer calls and schedule appointments Adjust schedules as needed due to weather, emergencies, or workload Communicate professionally with customers regarding timing and service updates Maintain accurate scheduling and customer records Help maximize technician efficiency and routing Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience preferred Scheduling/dispatch experience is a plus Irrigation, landscaping, or service industry experience is helpful but not required Must be dependable and able to work well under pressure
