This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented investment professional who wants meaningful responsibility in a fiduciary wealth management firm and enjoys combining analytical rigor, process discipline, and hands-on portfolio operations. In this role, you will help monitor client portfolios against model targets and tolerance ranges, support trade implementation, maintain investment due diligence records, prepare quarterly investment committee materials, and help ensure portfolio decisions are carried out accurately and consistently across accounts. Key Responsibilities Monitor client portfolios and household accounts for drift, cash needs, rebalancing opportunities, and deviations from assigned models. Prepare and help implement one-off and block trades to align portfolios with model allocations, strategy, and client cash requirements. Review portfolios for consistency with client objectives, risk tolerance, and investment guidelines; escalate exceptions as needed. Maintain organized due diligence files for funds, ETFs, individual securities, and related investment research. Prepare agendas, supporting materials, and documentation for quarterly investment committee meetings and help maintain complete records of committee decisions and follow-up items.. Produce portfolio and allocation review materials for internal use, advisors, and client meetings. Coordinate with Charles Schwab, advisors, operations staff, and compliance personnel to resolve trading, account, and documentation issues. Support new account onboarding and portfolio transitions by reviewing holdings and identifying implementation considerations. Help document investment workflows, recordkeeping standards, and portfolio operations procedures. Follow firm policies related to trading, monitoring, documentation, and escalation of compliance or operational issues. Participate in advisor and, at times, client-facing conversations regarding portfolio changes, implementation timing, and the investment rationale behind model decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field. Series 65 required, or ability to obtain prior to start date Relevant experience in portfolio operations, trading support, rebalancing, or investment implementation within an RIA, wealth management firm, family office, asset management firm, or similar environment. Experience with portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, trade implementation, and model-based portfolio management. Familiarity with investment due diligence, portfolio reporting, and basic equity and fixed income research. Strong Excel skills, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail. Ability to manage recurring deadlines and work independently in a process-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
